Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to NZ & Australia. International shipping is not currently available, however, this is something we hope to have available in the future.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout will be dependent on the weight/size of the order.
How do you pack your pieces?
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged with sustainable packaging. We put a lot of care and effort into packing each piece to ensure they arrive safely!

Are pieces dishwasher / microwave safe?
While our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, we highly recommend hand washing to preserve and protect the colours of the glazes, and the overall condition of your piece.
Returns & Refunds
What if my piece arrives broken?
While we put a lot of effort into packing each piece carefully, accidents can happen during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged or broken, please email hello@ingefleur.co.nz as soon as possible with images of the damaged piece and the condition of the packaging it arrived in.
Once we have received your email, we will send a return label. We will then remake your piece and ship it to you.
Do you accept returns & refunds?
Because of the handmade, limited edition, nature of our products, we do not allow for returns or refunds.
